The organisation is currently investing heavily in modernising its digital platforms and improving customer experience across its banking products.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
1.Develop clear and well-structured user stories
2.Define acceptance criteria to support development and testing
3.Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams in agile ceremonies
4.Translate business requirements into effective digital and technical solutions

Required Skills/Experience
1.Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
2.Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
3.Ability to work independently and collaboratively
4.Experience within Banking or Financial Services

Desirable Skills/Experience
1.Experience working on digital transformation or online banking platforms
2.Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA or Confluence
3.Understanding of API integrations or system integrations
4.Experience working with customer journey mapping or process mapping
