Company Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Operational Business Analyst to support a large-scale data remediation and process improvement programme within a leading financial services organisation. This role will focus on identifying, analysing, and resolving data quality issues at source, while ensuring robust documentation and auditability across all processes.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
1.Analyse and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes to address data quality issues at source
2.Produce clear, robust, and auditable process and procedural documentation
3. Identify, validate, and resolve data issues across systems and business functions 4.Develop and maintain data cleanse trackers to monitor progress and outcomes

Required Skills/Experience
1.Strong analytical capability with experience working across business processes and data sets
2.Ability to understand business operations from multiple perspectives (process, systems, data)
3.Proven experience engaging with SMEs, technical teams, and stakeholders
4.Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis

Desirable Skills/Experience
1.Experience within financial services, particularly wealth or asset management
2.Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality tools
3.Knowledge of data cleansing methodologies and remediation strategies
4.Experience working on data transformation or migration programmes
