Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our luxury retail clients!

They are currently looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join their team for an initial two month contract.

As an experienced LEAN Practitioner you will be responsible for reviewing, analysing, and mapping end-to-end business processes within project scope to identify sources of waste, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activities. Utilises Lean methodologies, process mapping techniques, and data-driven analysis to assess current-state processes, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend practical improvement opportunities.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experienced LEAN Practitioner responsible for reviewing, analysing, and mapping end-to-end business processes to identify sources of waste/ non value

Key areas of expertise:

• Process review, analysis, and end-to-end process mapping
• Lean methodologies and continuous improvement
• Value Stream Mapping (VSM), SIPOC, and process modelling
• Waste identification and elimination (TIMWOODS)
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
• Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and future-state design
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
• Process performance measurement and benefits realisation
• Change management and implementation support
• Process documentation, governance, and optimisation initiatives
