Our leading consultancy client is seeking an experienced Content Designer to support the delivery of both new and live digital service projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, iterating, and managing user-centred content across the end-to-end user journey for a range of client services. Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure that content is clear, accessible, accurate, and evidence-based, with a strong focus on meeting user needs rather than organisational or policy priorities.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Use user research, data, and analytics to inform and continuously improve content decisions.

• Produce clear, concise, and accessible content in line with recognised accessibility and plain English standards.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, developers, designers, and policy specialists to deliver effective digital services.

• Map user journeys, identify content gaps, and manage content throughout its life cycle to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, influencing decisions through evidence. At senior levels, contribute to content strategy and mentor other team members.

• Actively participate in the wider content design community, contributing to peer support, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
