Job Responsibilities/Objectives

We are looking for two senior Data Analysts to support the Pricing Sophistication Program by performing data profiling, mapping, and quality analysis on complex insurance datasets.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and map source data from multiple insurance systems (policy, claims, quotes, pricing).
* Perform data profiling and data quality (DQ) checks using SQL, Python, and Azure tools.
* Collaborate with Data Designers to translate business requirements into technical mappings.
* Document data lineage, transformation logic, and quality rules.
* Support the development of DQ dashboards and reconciliation reports.
* Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of data artifacts.
✅ Required Skills
* 6 years of commercial experience in data analysis and profiling.
* Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks preferred.
* Familiarity with data quality frameworks and tools.
* Experience in insurance domain data is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and documentation skills.
