We are seeking an experienced Digital Banking Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of modern digital banking platforms across corporate banking environments.

This role will focus on delivering digital channel solutions such as Oracle Banking Digital Experience, Temenos Infinity, or Fiserv Digital Banking, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors.

You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring seamless integration with core banking and payments systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of digital banking platform implementations
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, and external vendors
• Oversee system integration with core banking, payments, and third-party services
• Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and security requirements
• Support UAT, go-live planning, and post-implementation stabilisation

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering digital banking platforms (OBDX, Temenos, or Fiserv preferred)
• Strong background in banking technology transformations
• Experience integrating with:
• Core banking systems
• Payments platforms (SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments)
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-vendor programmes
• Experience working with global system integrators
