We have an exciting opportunity with a leading consultancy within the public sector. They are currently looking for a talented professional to join their team and play a key role in supporting critical services that fund the UK's public services, strengthen compliance, and drive digital transformation across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Partner with project teams to select, implement and validate appropriate analytical tools aligned to agreed performance measurement frameworks
• Analyse data to produce clear, evidence-based and actionable insights that support stakeholder decision-making
• Use performance insights to inform the iterative improvement of services or products, ensuring they are effective, efficient and accurate
• Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity, working confidently with both qualitative and quantitative data
• Provide constructive challenge from a digital perspective and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, particularly user researchers, to generate shared insights

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven experience in Performance Analysis
• Use of Technical Tools (SQL, Excel/Google sheets, Python)
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Attention to detail on delivering high quality, compliant work

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Familiarity with government IT systems, public sector processes and regulatory frameworks
• Experience delivering RPA projects in a complex, large scale environment
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
• Exposure with API integration, web services, or micro services architecture
