Job Title: Digital Solution Architect

Job Type: Contract - Inside IR35.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions within a large-scale transformation programme in a complex, regulated environment.

You will architect and oversee the build of production-ready generative AI and data solutions on Microsoft Azure, working closely with engineering, data science and technical leadership teams to move solutions from proof-of-concept to scalable enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI and data architecture on Microsoft Azure
• Lead the development of scalable GenAI solutions and data pipelines
• Guide engineering teams in building production-ready, reusable components
• Ensure solutions meet security, reliability and governance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, data and business domains

Key experience required

• Strong architecture experience across Azure data and AI platforms
• Hands-on experience with Azure Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse, ML Studio / Foundry
• Experience delivering Generative AI solutions in Azure environments
• Strong background in Python-based engineering and data pipelines
• Understanding of APIs, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern cloud architectures

Desirable

• Experience with observability, auditability and Responsible AI
• Exposure to .NET / C# environments
