EOL Network Engineer

Job Title: Junior Network Engineer
Location: London
Salary/Rate: 300 per day inside IR35
Start Date: 15th June
Job Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
1.Pre-configure network devices within lab environments prior to deployment
2.Coordinate with remote hands teams to rack, install, and migrate network hardware
3.Execute weekend migration activities and support start-of-week operational checks
4.Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues independently

Required Skills/Experience 1.Strong hands-on experience with: Arista and Cisco switches, Firewall, TCP/IP, BGP, PIM, STP, route maps, and access lists 2.Proven experience troubleshooting complex enterprise network issue
3.Previous financial services or banking sector experience
4.Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical stakeholders and external entities

Desirable Skills/Experience
1.Experience managing end-to-end network migration or EOL projects
2.Exposure to Ansible or network automation tooling
3.Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capability
