Job Responsibilities/Objectives
1.Define analysis scope, approach, deliverables, and governance across financial crime initiatives 2.Lead high-quality requirements elicitation with strong traceability and regulatory alignment
3.Produce structured, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
4.Drive end-to-end analysis across complex, cross-functional programmes

Required Skills/Experience
1.Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Crime or regulatory environments
2.Strong expertise in AML, KYC and sanctions frameworks
3.Proven leadership in requirements governance, process modelling, and control analysis
4.Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into actionable deliverables

Desirable Skills/Experience 1. Experience designing enterprise operating models or control framework 2.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Viseo
3.Background in regulatory remediation, Control framework and enforcement - driven programmes
4.Experience mentoring or coaching junior Business Analysts
