Job Responsibilities/Objectives 1.Own the end-to-end technical design across UI, backend services, APIs, and AI workflows
2.Make architecture decisions aligned with enterprise standards and cloud strategy
3.Lead from the front with hands-on coding, code reviews, and mentoring
4.Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security, scalability, resilience, and observability

Required Skills/Experience
1.Strong hands-on experience in full stack development with modern frontend and backend frameworks and proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java
2.Proven experience leading technical delivery in agile environments
3. Experience building REST APIs, workflow engines, and enterprise applications
4.Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI agent patterns

Desirable Skills/Experience
1.Integration experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk or similar ITSM platforms
2.Experience with Microsoft Teams or Slack integrations
3.Background in internal employee tools or enterprise support platforms
4.Experience in financial services or regulated industries
