Company Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and experienced Full-stack Java Developer to join our team on a long-term project.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in the development of a pioneering low-code platform that impacts productivity quicker and more cost-effectively. This platform will leverage an embedded UI kit and a unified API layer to empower users in configuring and building tailor-made web business applications that interact directly with our clients accounting and investor-services core engines, using finely curated UI components aligned with established design systems and practices.

  • Design, implement, and maintain core features and services of the low-code development platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user needs and translate them into product features.
  • Review code for quality, clarity, maintainability, and alignment with internal and industry standards.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues across the stack.
  • Take ownership of deliverables and demonstrate accountability throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Strong expertise with Core Java and J2EE technologies (JMS, EJB, JDBC, JPA, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Spring Framework and Spring Boot, with hands-on development experience.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte, with solid understanding of component-driven architecture, state management, and responsive UI development.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and system monitoring tools.
  • Strong habit of writing clean, maintainable unit tests (JUnit).
  • Solid understanding of REST API design and implementation.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, design patterns, and clean code principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A major plus: experience working in R&D environments or on low-code/no-code platforms.
