We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the architecture and development of our platform built with C#/.NET, Next.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This is a hands-on leadership role (60-75% coding) where you will shape technical direction, mentor developers, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver scalable and maintainable systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and development of C#/.NET backend services and APIs
Build and optimise Next.js/React applications
Oversee integrations with financial, risk, and payment APIs
Guide cloud architecture, deployment, and scaling on GCP
Mentor developers and conduct code reviews
Work with Product Owners on technical planning and delivery in Agile
Requirements
7 years software development experience with leadership responsibilities
Expert in C#/.NET and Next.js/React
Experience building large-scale platforms
Strong experience with external API integrations (financial/payment systems)
Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
