The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions within a large, complex organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape AI strategy, define enterprise architecture standards, and build reusable AI capabilities that will drive innovation across the business.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will be responsible for designing secure, scalable AI solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem while establishing best practices for future AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI strategy, product vision, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Design scalable AI architectures leveraging the Microsoft technology stack.
• Develop reusable enterprise patterns for:
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • AI Agent orchestration
  • Multi-Agent collaboration
  • Enterprise knowledge retrieval
  • Human-in-the-loop workflows and decision support
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Define architectural standards around observability, interoperability, monitoring, transparency, and auditability.
• Embed appropriate controls for identity, access management, governance, and responsible AI.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, vendors, and models to support strategic build-versus-buy decisions.
• Keep up to date with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and identify opportunities to apply new capabilities across the organisation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or AI Architect within large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise across:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Power Platform
  • Microsoft Fabric
• Deep understanding of:
  • Generative AI
  • Agentic AI
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • AI orchestration
  • Automation and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience translating business strategy into technical solutions with measurable business value.
