About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our growing technology and security function. This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing access management processes, ensuring appropriate controls are in place to protect critical systems and data within a regulated environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in access governance, provisioning, certification activities, and operational process improvement initiatives, helping to strengthen security, compliance, and user access management across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support user access provisioning and de-provisioning activities across enterprise platforms.
• Execute periodic access reviews, certification campaigns, and remediation activities.
• Identify and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks and access control issues.
• Ensure compliance with IAM policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation and operation of security controls including MFA, SSO, and password management.
• Work closely with technology, risk, audit, and business teams to resolve access-related issues.
• Contribute to operational process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and audit evidence relating to access governance activities.
• Support IAM-related change initiatives, migrations, and onboarding programmes where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles, controls, and best practices.
• Experience in access provisioning and access management processes within a regulated environment.
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks and access governance controls.
• Experience conducting access reviews, certification campaigns, and remediation activities.
• Familiarity with IAM-related compliance requirements, including MFA, SSO, and password controls.
• Awareness of automation opportunities and process streamlining through technology solutions.
• Strong risk, process, and control mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within Wealth Management or Financial Services environments.
• Experience supporting client onboarding programmes involving high-volume account migrations.
• Exposure to entitlement reporting and group-based access models across enterprise platforms.
• Experience delivering IAM-related change programmes or migration initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled process improvements within operational support functions.
