Job Title: IGA Architect/ Savyint
Location: London- Hybrid- 2 days per week in the office
Salary/Rate: £650 inside ir35

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Saviynt IGA Architect to lead the end-to-end design, strategy, and technical delivery of our identity governance solutions. In this high-impact role, you will transform organizational security policies into scalable identity workflows, oversee complex integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP and Workday, and drive the implementation of a Zero Trust architecture. This position requires a unique blend of strategic vision and deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Design and document end-to-end IGA architecture, including Identity Warehouse, connector frameworks, and security system configurations.
• Workflow Design: Develop and implement complex Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, multi-level approval workflows, and exception handling logic using Saviynt?s workflow engine.
• Advanced Integrations: Lead integration efforts for enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure/Entra ID) using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and SCIM connectors.
• Governance & Compliance: Define and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk-based access control models (RBAC/ABAC), and automated certification campaigns to support compliance with SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Technical Authority: Act as the primary subject matter expert for troubleshooting complex issues, performance optimization, and reviewing technical designs.
• Innovation: Utilize Saviynt?s AI/ML capabilities to deliver intelligent access recommendations and detect anomalies to reduce identity-related risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Saviynt IGA (EIC), including strong proficiency in Saviynt UI, JSON rules, SQL queries, and API integrations.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols and frameworks such as LDAP/Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Java/J2EE, Python, or PowerShell, with advanced SQL capabilities.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Professional Experience

• 8-10 years in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Proven track record of delivering at least three full lifecycle Saviynt implementations as a Lead Architect.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and system integrators.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Saviynt Certified Advanced IGA Professional (SCAIP)
• Saviynt Certified Architect (SCA)
• CISSP or CISM

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate business value.
