We're excited to be partnering with a leading High Street retailer to recruit a Jira Reporting Specialist for an initial six-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation and make a real impact on how data and performance are tracked and communicated across the business.

The Role

As a Jira Reporting Specialist, you'll play a key role in enhancing reporting capabilities, improving visibility for leadership teams, and optimising Jira and Confluence usage across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advanced Jira reporting dashboards for stakeholders and leadership teams
• Write and optimise JQL queries to extract meaningful insights
• Configure and customise Jira (not just day-to-day usage)
• Build and enhance Confluence dashboards, including customisation of Jira chart plugins
• Support Agile teams with reporting and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in Jira reporting and configuration
• Strong expertise in JQL, dashboards, and analytics
• Advanced Confluence dashboard and reporting capabilities
• Experience customising Jira plugins (especially chart/reporting tools)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Scrum Master experience is highly desirable
