Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to the software development team. Lead by example, promoting best practices, and ensuring high-quality code standards are maintained.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and requirements. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges.
• Architecture and Design: Drive the architectural vision and design decisions for software systems. Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions that meet business objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals. Build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Identify opportunities for process optimisation, tooling enhancements, and technology adoption. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
