Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Assist with MEP bidding and trade scope coordination
2. Review and manage MEP submittals
3. Oversee MEP equipment procurement
4. Maintain the MEP critical path schedule
5. Coordinate critical equipment deliveries
6. Manage construction, startup, and energization milestones
7. Lead and document key MEP coordination meetings
8. Prepare MOPs for critical live-environment work
9. Resolve MEP clashes with subcontractors and design teams
10. Oversee MEP quality control activities
11. Manage system startup and pre-testing
12. Support third-party commissioning processes
13. Track commissioning records and documentation
14. Build strong subcontractor and client relationships
15. Ensure compliance with all safety and energization procedures

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
2. Proven track record in mechanical or electrical systems construction
3. proven background in one or more of the following: (Mission critical construction, Healthcare/hospital projects, MEP project management, MEP startup and commissioning)
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams
6. Proven track recordcoordinating and scheduling complex MEP works
7. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
8. Able to work independently in fast-paced environments
9. Self-motivated with a proactive approach
10. Proficient with construction and project management software
11. Willing to travel as needed
