MES Solution Architect needed for a delivery-focused role focused on designing and implementing cutting-edge digital engineering solutions. If you bring deep Siemens MES expertise and thrive in complex, client-facing environments, this is your opportunity to make an impact across Industrial Products, Aerospace, Defence, and Automotive sectors.

What You'll Do:

• Architect Solutions: Lead end-to-end MES solution design aligned to business goals and technical requirements
• Own the Tools: Configure and implement Siemens Opcenter and related MES platforms
• Deliver End-to-End: Work within multidisciplinary teams to drive integrated solution delivery from design to deployment
• Translate Requirements: Engage stakeholders to capture, analyse, and convert needs into scalable architectures
• Apply Industry Expertise: Leverage best practices across Industrial, Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive domains
• Engage Clients: Present solution designs and value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Drive Data Insight: Use data analysis to optimise integration, performance, and business alignment
• Ensure Quality: Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting to deliver robust MES/PLM solutions

What You Bring:

• Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (BSc or higher)
• Proven experience delivering MES solutions using Siemens platforms (Opcenter preferred)
• Strong understanding of PLM/MES integration with ERP and enterprise systems
• Experience with cloud-based MES/PLM deployments
• Certifications from Siemens, PTC, or Dassault Systèmes (desirable)
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
