Oracle Cloud Project Manager - Oracle Financials

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to support the delivery of a global Oracle Cloud ERP implementation within a complex enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role responsible for driving day-to-day programme execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management across a large-scale ERP transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Oracle Financials implementation activities
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies and resource coordination
• Drive programme governance, RAID management and change control processes
• Produce executive reporting, steering committee materials and status updates
• Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams
• Identify, manage and mitigate programme risks and issues

Key experience required

• Extensive experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
• Strong background in Oracle Financials transformation programmes
• End-to-end ERP project management experience across the full project lifecycle
• Proven experience managing governance, planning, risks, issues and delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
• Experience working within structured programme delivery methodologies
