Company Introduction:
I am seeking a new opportunity as a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer, bringing strong experience in user-centred design, research, and end-to-end product development within complex, data-driven environments.
Job Responsibilities / Objectives:
- Take ownership of the full product design process, ensuring high-quality, user-focused solutions that align with business and technical needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business domain through user research, translating insights into personas, journey maps and user stories.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user testing, to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Agile teams to estimate, iterate and deliver design solutions.
- Partner with engineers to ensure feasibility, design integrity and accurate implementation.
- Produce product design documentation, wireframes, prototypes and facilitate ideation workshops.
- Apply best practices in product design to create engaging, accessible digital experiences.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to influence product decisions across the organisation.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Experience creating and maintaining AS-IS / TO-BE models such as process maps, integration diagrams and conceptual data models.
- A strong IT product background across software analysis, design or delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Practical experience in process mapping, data mapping and data transformation.
- Exposure to data migration, system upgrades, integrations and cloud-based deliveries.
- Experience in product/system/process validation aligned to DTMS guidelines.
- Solid background in Business Analysis, User Research and Usability.
- Demonstrated experience delivering wireframes, journey maps and UI/UX outputs.
- Recent experience as a Product Designer within the pharmaceutical domain.
Desirable Skills / Experience :
- Experience with pharmaceutical clinical manufacturing automation systems.
- Strong creativity, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience producing personas, user journeys, workflow diagrams and interface mockups.
- Experience working within GxP/GMP environments.
- Additional experience with data migration, system upgrades and cloud hosting projects.
- Data modelling expertise.
- Additional familiarity with DTMS-aligned validation approaches.
