Product Lead needed for a major public-sector organisation. They are transforming how enterprise services are delivered across HR, Finance, Commercial and operational support functions. We're looking for an experienced Product Lead - User Experience to shape intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across Oracle Fusion Cloud and connected platforms. This is a high-impact role within a large-scale transformation programme focused on modernising services, simplifying processes and improving employee experience through smart digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

* Lead the UX product roadmap across Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Journeys, Redwood UX and self-service experiences.
* Partner with stakeholders, SMEs and technical teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end digital services.
* Drive UX improvements using analytics, user insight and adoption data.
* Manage functional enhancements, testing, release readiness and continuous improvement activity.
* Collaborate with Product Leads and suppliers to ensure consistent standards and cross-platform alignment.
* Support delivery across Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow and integrated enterprise platforms.

What We're Looking For:

* 5 years' experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or Functional Leadership within SaaS environments.
* Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud UX capabilities, including Redwood UX and Journeys.
* Proven ability to lead product roadmaps, manage stakeholders and deliver transformation initiatives.
* Experience working with enterprise systems, digital portals or employee experience platforms.
* Strong understanding of UX best practice, product lifecycle management and change delivery.
* Public-sector experience desirable.
