Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary/Rate: £340 Inside IR35
Job Type: Hybrid 2-3 days a week on site

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring all project objectives are met with high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocation.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate communication across teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates.

Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project issues promptly and escalate when required.
Monitor and manage project constraints (scope, time, cost, quality).

Team Coordination
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders.
Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability.
Promote a collaborative and productive team environment.

Budget & Resource Management
Track project financials and ensure adherence to budget.
Optimize resource utilization.
Prepare cost estimates and manage expenditure.

Quality Assurance
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Conduct reviews and audits as needed.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed project documentation (charter, plans, risk logs, etc.).
Deliver periodic project reports to management and stakeholders.
Ensure proper project closure and post-project review.
