Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading banking clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.

The ideal candidate will excel in coordination and stakeholder management, with a strong foundation in standard project management practices.
While Credit Risk experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Project Manager to support project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate project activities and tasks across multiple teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to facilitate communication and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and monitor progress against established timelines and milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, to track project progress and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in the coordination of project meetings, workshops, and other project-related events, and ensure action items are documented and followed up on.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Experience or familiarity with credit risk management concepts and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
