Job Title: PProject Manager - POS, F&B Delivery
Location: Bicester when required
Salary/Rate: £530 Daily
Start Date: 08/07/26
Job Type: Initial 3 month contract
We have an exciting opportunity with one of our enterprise-level clients for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme on an initial three-month contract.
This role will be responsible for driving the implementation of new POS and Food & Beverage platforms while extending existing Salesforce functionality into a new operational environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering technology-enabled business change within hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end programme plan across multiple workstreams.
- Lead the implementation of POS and F&B systems from requirements gathering through UAT, go-live, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Coordinate the rollout of existing Salesforce functionality into a new environment, ensuring seamless integration and activation.
- Work closely with IT teams, operational stakeholders, third-party vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support operational processes from specification through to guest experience design, testing, and onboarding.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, proactively driving resolutions.
- Produce clear and concise reporting for senior stakeholders, providing accurate status updates and highlighting key decisions required.
- Ensure operational readiness and successful handover into business-as-usual support.
Required Experience
- Proven Project Management experience delivering complex technology and business change initiatives.
- Strong experience implementing POS (Point of Sale) and Food & Beverage systems.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end platform implementations.
- Experience working with Salesforce, including the rollout and enhancement of existing functionality.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and third-party suppliers.
- Excellent planning, risk management, and delivery governance capabilities.
Desirable
- Experience within hospitality, leisure, retail, entertainment, or guest-focused environments.
- Knowledge of guest experience, venue operations, or customer journey transformation programmes.
