QA Lead needed to drive and evolve their quality engineering capability. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll define an automation strategy, lead testing practices and embed quality across a technology landscape.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Proven QA Lead experience with Test Engineering
• Strong background in test automation (Selenium, Playwright or Cypress)
• Experience with API & microservices testing and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Expertise in test strategy, quality governance and DevOps
• Experience delivering quality across large-scale transformation programmes
• Exposure to AI-driven testing is a bonus
