Job Title: SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect
Location: UK Based (Fully remote)
Salary/Rate: £550 - 600 per day inside IR35
Start Date: Immediately
Job Type: Initial 4 week contract (with scope to be extended to 6 months)

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled SC Cleared Senior ServiceNow Architect to support the design and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery for one of their financial services clients.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
The role will provide architectural leadership, ensuring the platform is aligned with best practices and capable of supporting scalable service management solutions.

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow technical roadmap
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
• Provide architectural governance across ServiceNow implementations
• Oversee CMDB structure, data quality, and governance
• Implement and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Ensure accurate and automated ServiceNow Discovery across the technology estate
• Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to support platform development and optimisation

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
• Deep understanding of CMDB design and governance
• Hands-on experience with CSDM implementation
• Experience configuring and optimising ServiceNow Discovery
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture
• Good understanding of ITIL service management processes
