Day Rate: £400 inside IR35
Start Date: 09/03/2026- 28/07/2026- 5 month contract

We have an exciting new contract opportunity with one of our top financial services clients, looking for a scrum master on a 5 month contract!! 5-month

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Coach teams in Agile Scrum principles and best practices

• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation

• Drive transparency, inspection, and adaptation across delivery teams

• Promote collaboration between technical and business stakeholders

• Track and report on team performance metrics

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 5 years? experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and frameworks

• Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying

• Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

• SAFe Certification

• Kanban Certification

• Experience working in Financial Services environments
