We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Business Analyst to support complex transformation initiatives within a large, multi-stakeholder environment.

This is a business-led role, focused on shaping problems into clear value propositions, defining outcome-driven requirements, and ensuring technology solutions align with strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead business discovery with senior stakeholders to define problems, outcomes and success measures
• Develop business cases, options and investment rationale
• Own and shape end-to-end requirements (epics, features, acceptance criteria)
• Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making
• Validate technology options against business outcomes (working with architects/engineering)
• Support benefit realisation, KPIs and change impact

Key experience required:

• Proven Senior Business Analyst experience in complex transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive level
• Experience delivering business cases and outcome-led requirements
• Ability to operate across strategy, delivery and operations
• Strong understanding of digital, data and platform environments
