Job Title: Senior Cloud Solution Engineer

Salary/Rate: €75,000 - €85,000

My client is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join their dynamic team to work on exciting innovative projects in the financial industry. This role is working on a remote basis, but you must currently live in Germany.

You will work on projects from the initial stage until the go-live stage. You are responsible for designing flexible cloud architectures in an agile environment, ensuring compliance is adhered to.

Role:
- Together with your colleagues you will develop innovative solutions and advise customers on future-proof solutions.
- Implement proof of concepts and develop solutions.
- Develop best practices for testability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Mentor development teams and share ideas
- Actively taking part in conferences and networking meet up's

Skillset:
- Experience in programming, software development in the cloud environment (AWS, Azure or GCP), implementing micro services, cloud infrastructure and security concepts in cloud-based applications.
- Kubernetes or Docker experience
- Experience in Machine Learning Libraries, NLP
- Hands-on in integration and deployment (e.g. Git, Jenkins)
- Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally IT-focused (business, mathematics, or physics)
- Fluent English and German (B2) language, both written and spoken
