Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developerto join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance software applications using modern backend and frontend technologies. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java-based frameworks, cloud platforms, and relational databases, along with exposure to modern frontend tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, AWS, SQL, JavaScript, and MySQL

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features

• Apply hands-on knowledge of React JS, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3 to support frontend development

• Work with frontend testing tools such as Jest (exposure preferred)

• Ensure application performance, scalability, quality, and responsiveness

• Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs efficiently

• Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation

• Implement security best practices and data protection measures

• Perform software analysis, programming, testing, debugging, and documentation

• Oversee and contribute to technical documentation across the SDLC

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Continuously improve applications by evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9-13 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC

• Experience working with AWS and relational databases (MySQL / SQL)

• Proficiency in JavaScript and exposure to modern frontend frameworks

• Working knowledge of React JS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3

• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
