Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant / Senior ServiceNow Developer - SC Cleared (must be active)
Location: Remote - office location London based
Rate:£480 - £500 a day

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant / Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions across a complex enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on role that combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate business needs into robust ServiceNow solutions that enhance service management, operational visibility, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across core platform capabilities and modules.
- Lead end-to-end delivery activities, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and optimisation.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, service catalogues, knowledge management, self-service portals, and automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and support integrations using ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server technologies.
- Support and enhance IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Ensure solutions align with platform governance, security requirements, architectural standards, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximise platform value, efficiency, and user adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and development projects.
- Strong expertise across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Centre modules.
- Proven experience configuring workflows, forms, catalog items, knowledge articles, portals, and automation solutions.
- Strong integration experience using ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform governance, security principles, and development best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a wider delivery team.
Desirable
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or relevant implementation specialist certifications.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise or transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
