Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid, London or Cardiff
Salary/Rate: £675 - £725 inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery and adoption of ServiceNow SAMPro (Software Asset Management Professional) within a global organisation. This role will act as the voice of the business, ensuring technology solutions align with user needs while improving processes and user experience.

You will lead requirements gathering, process design and business analysis activities across the end-to-end Software License Management lifecycle, working closely with project teams, SMEs and developers to support implementation, testing and business adoption.

Key experience required:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within ServiceNow SAMPro
• Experience capturing requirements, user stories and end-to-end process maps
• Knowledge of SAMPro functionality, metering, discovery and integrations (e.g. SCCM, JAMF, SaaS portals)
• Experience supporting SAMPro implementation and BAU adoption
• Data analysis and migration experience for software asset, contract and licence data
• Experience collaborating with development, testing teams and business stakeholders
• Strong process mapping skills using Visio or iGrafx

Desirable:

• Knowledge of CSDM
• Experience with ServiceNow ITBM, ADO or Monday.com
• PowerBI and Excel for reporting and data analysis
