A leading professional services organisation is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the end-to-end migration from legacy Software Asset Management platforms (SNOW License Manager / Flexera) into ServiceNow SAMPro.

This is not a traditional checklist-driven PM role. The successful candidate will act as a technical delivery lead, combining deep ServiceNow SAMPro knowledge with strong programme leadership to deliver a high-quality, enterprise-grade migration while ensuring minimal disruption to end users.

You will be responsible for the design, governance, and delivery of a complex SAMPro migration, leveraging your hands-on experience to guide architectural decisions, data strategy, and process transformation. The role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, SAMPro modules, license discovery and entitlement models, and underlying data structures.

You will also play a key role in embedding SAMPro into business-as-usual (BAU) operations and supporting executive-level stakeholders across multi-country programmes.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Recent, hands-on full lifecycle delivery of a migration from SNOW License Manager / Flexera SLM to ServiceNow SAMPro (within the last 12 months)
• Proven experience delivering process change and SAMPro adoption into BAU teams

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of:

• SAMPro functionality, data principles, and reporting
• SAMPro metering, discovery, and integrations (e.g. SCCM, JAMF, SaaS vendor portals)
• Software asset, contract, and licence data attributes
• Experience with ServiceNow SAMPro development, including:
• Out-of-the-box configuration
• Custom forms, workflows, and integrations (via internal teams or third-party suppliers)
• Strong background in software licence data cleansing and migration
• Knowledge of CSDM concepts, structures, and principles
• Experience delivering complex, multi-country programmes with executive-level reporting and stakeholder management
• Familiarity working alongside ServiceNow ITBM, Azure DevOps (ADO), or Monday.com

Desirable:

• Experience capturing and articulating business requirements and user stories, including running stakeholder workshops
