A global organisation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to support the final configuration, customisation, and internal launch of an existing ServiceNow platform. The role will work closely with internal IT and Change Management teams to optimise workflows, ensure data integration, and deliver a stable, well-documented solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and optimise existing ServiceNow configurations
• Customise workflows and modules to meet business requirements
• Integrate data from corporate systems (e.g. CMDB, Active Directory, ticketing tools)
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations securely and effectively
• Provide best-practice recommendations for deployment and user experience
• Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
• Support internal launch activities and provide on-site support during final implementation

Technical Requirements

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration and customisation
• Proven experience migrating and integrating data from enterprise systems (CMDB, AD, etc.)
• Experience supporting internal launches and resolving post-deployment issues
• Background delivering tailored solutions in enterprise environments

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working in multicultural environments
• Well organised, able to prioritise and manage work effectively
• Proven delivery of high-quality ServiceNow implementations
