  INSIDE IR35 - Initial 6 month contract w/ extension

  We require a UK based resource at a Senior Manager level who has client facing experience too (important)

  The ideal candidate would be a Snowflake DBT specialist focuses on the engineering and architecture of the Modern Data Stack to replace legacy, manual processes.

• Cloud Data Transformation: Utilises DBT (Data Build Tool) to write modular, version-controlled SQL to transform raw data into clean, business-ready tables within Snowflake.
• Infrastructure Modernisation: Spearheads the migration of legacy on-premise data to cloud-native architectures
• Pipeline Orchestration: Manages the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ingestion into Snowflake to outputs
• Data Governance & Quality: Implements automated testing (dbt-tests) and manages data lineage to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and GDPR.
• Operational Optimisation: Identifies and repairs systemic inefficiencies by moving to modular code
• Compute Management: Optimises Snowflake "Warehouses" and storage to maintain high platform performance while controlling cloud expenditure.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Works within an Agile/Scrum framework, coordinating with developers, testers, and offshore Centres of Excellence to provide 24/7 support.
• Working knowledge of Informatica would be highly desirable.
