About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Network Technical Analyst to support complex change and transformation initiatives across our technology landscape. In this role, you will lead the analysis and definition of infrastructure and network-related requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables, clear ownership of analysis outputs, and alignment with project timelines.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and subject matter experts to define end-to-end integration requirements for infrastructure and network services, including DNS and Infoblox migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the capture, analysis, and documentation of technical requirements for infrastructure and network integration projects.

• Facilitate analysis activities for DNS and Infoblox migrations, ensuring accurate requirement definition and transition planning.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and SMEs to define end-to-end infrastructure integration requirements.

• Produce high-quality systems analysis artefacts, ensuring traceability between business needs and technical solutions.

• Manage and deliver analysis outputs with clear accountability while collaborating with project teams.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints, and support mitigation planning.

• Support project delivery by ensuring requirements align with agreed timelines and technical architecture.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and resolve technical queries.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working on infrastructure or network transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of network integration, routing, switching, and connectivity principles.

• Experience working with DNS services and Infoblox (or similar IPAM/DNS solutions).

• Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills.

• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating within a technical delivery team.

• Good working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to enterprise cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.

• Experience with cloud platforms, automation, or infrastructure tooling.

• Relevant networking or infrastructure certifications (e.g., CCNA, Infoblox).
