Technical Test Manager needed to lead and evolve test engineering across a digital transformation programme. The role requires hands-on technical leadership for business requirements.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Experience in QA/Test Engineering with Test Lead or QA Manager experience
• Strong Java, Selenium (BDD) and Appium expertise
• Experience designing automation frameworks and modern testing strategies
• Strong CI/CD and DevOps knowledge (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Experience leading testing across web, mobile and backend platforms
• Proven stakeholder management and technical leadership skills

Nice to have:

• AI-driven testing experience and Insurance/Guidewire knowledge are advantageous
