Test Lead

Job Title: Test Lead
Location: Glasgow/Bournemouth
Salary/Rate: £500 - £530 per day inside IR35/DOE
Job Type: Hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite

We have a new opportunity with a Tier 1 Bank for a Test Lead to perform end-to-end UAT across complex systems, driving test design, execution, automation, and governance. You'll ensure high-quality releases, manage defects, and work closely with stakeholders. Payments & Liquidity expertise is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Own UAT strategy, scenarios, and execution
• Drive automation and maintain E2E test scripts
• Manage defects end-to-end
• Track progress, risks, KPIs, and SLAs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful releases

Required experience:

• Strong UAT experience (planning, execution, defect management)
• Hands-on with tools like Jira, ALM, Quality Centre
• Automation experience (Selenium, UFT)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Payments & Liquidity domain knowledge (essential)

Ideal candidates:

• Experience within Investment Banking
