Salary/Rate: Market rate depending on location - Euros 700-900 per day
Start Date: Urgent start

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Trailer Fee & Commission Remediation Consultant to join their team on a full remote basis.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

Role:
One of the workstreams within the programme involves comprehensive review of client intermediary and client agreements and validating them against the current (as-is) fee setup that will be migrated into the new platform.
The scope includes several hundred intermediary relationships, ranging from global wealth managers and institutional clients to platforms, custodians & IFAs.
The role will focus on ensuring contractual terms are accurately reflected in operational fee models and resolving discrepancies in a structured and controlled manner.
It will include supporting the migration to a new platform facing off to potential clients and internal distribution sales teams.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Need experience in Trailer Fees & Commissions / Retrocession experience in Asset Management or Asset Servicing.
• Understand how agreements are put together
• Able to be client facing and sales facing
• Ideal candidate - Trailer Fee expert who knows how they work
• Need to have run team with large budgets being paid into clients
