Company Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Copilot Studio Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex agentic AI solutions within a financial services environment. The initial focus of this role will be to architect and implement an AI-driven reconciliation automation solution across accounting and finance processes.

The successful candidate will act as the technical authority for Copilot Studio-based agent architectures, integrating Microsoft Power Platform, enterprise data sources, and accounting systems to deliver scalable, secure, and auditable solutions aligned with financial services regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of agentic solutions built using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Design AI-driven workflows to automate accounting reconciliation processes, including exception handling, variance analysis, and audit traceability.
• Define conversational, event-driven, and autonomous agent behaviors aligned to business outcomes.
• Oversee hands-on delivery of Copilot Studio solutions, including custom connectors, plugins, and integration with:
• Implement governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management for AI agents in production.
• Ensure solutions are secure, performant, and compliant with internal architecture standards.
• Embed financial controls, auditability, and explainability into agent workflows.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders to validate AI outputs and controls.
• Translate business requirements from Finance and Accounting teams into scalable technical solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on agentic AI strategy and roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and platform teams.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (including advanced conversational design and agent orchestration).
• Proven experience delivering complex agentic or autonomous AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps).
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio with enterprise systems via APIs and custom connectors.
• Experience delivering technology solutions within financial services desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of secure architecture patterns, identity and access management, and data governance.
• Ability to design scalable, resilient, and maintainable AI-driven solutions.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance or other finance ERP systems.
• Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert).
